Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

      • Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

      • Non-returnable items: Undergarments, socks, hair accessories, personalized/custom items, and clearance/sale products.

      • Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7–10 business days (shipping fees are non-refundable).

      • Exchanges: Size or product exchanges are possible, subject to availability.

      • Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it free of charge.
